Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)
The Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) governs working conditions in companies within the cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene sectors, specifically in the French-speaking cantons of Switzerland. It aims to ensure high working standards for employees while promoting collaboration and respect for economic and social rules. This agreement also supports the professional and continuing training of employees.

Our company fully adheres to the CBA, guaranteeing a respectful and compliant working environment. We rigorously apply all points governed by the agreement, including fair remuneration, working hours, protection against unreasonable dismissal, and benefits such as thirteenth-month bonuses, public holidays, and coverage in case of illness or accident.
